Cheese is the latest trend– just make sure it’s un-pasteurized. At the annual fromage fest in Burlington, this was the latest and greatest, if you can really call it that. Before 1862 and Louis Pasteur put the kibosh on sucking straight from the cows teat, we used the raw stuff for all our grilled cheeses. As long as it stretches, works for me.
