While my sweet tooth may have played a part in my enjoyment of that dessert, the peaches still sang. I liked the crunchy cornmeal. I am hoping to make some peach ice cream this week and can only hope that it turns out better than the gross wild blueberry butter I overchurned last week. You are too modest.
