an incredible array

I am currently in New York City taking in the Fall color.

There are so many things I love about this great city -- the food, the pace, the shows -- but what really brings me here is the thrill (and edge) of bumping up against so much humanity. We are an incredible array of style, language and movement; our wants, priorities, aversions -- it's all on display.

Though at times hectic, there's something about these myriad expressions that evokes ease in my body. Like taking in the diverse expressions of fall leaves in full form, I'm reminded I can be be as red, yellow, yellow-tinged green, brown or orange as I care to be. There's a freedom here that feels essential to connect to. Among the leaves, surrounded by so many version of what it means to be alive, I am alive.

This is why I do the work I do.

The more permission we all feel to reclaim and express the freest versions of ourselves, the more we create a world where this is possible for everyone. With the intensity of our current social climate, this is important and risky work. It's helpful to have support.

If such a journey is of interest to you, I'm now taking 1:1 coaching clients. Here's what former clients have said about working with me.

I am spending less energy and time doubting myself and moving more fully and with less residue through whatever is present and arising. I am firmly rooted in, and practicing how to embody, the clarity that I want to shape myself and my life around, what I yearn and long for and that this is the practice of individual and collective liberation. —Chaiti S., Educator, farmer, parent

As a pretty straightforward Capricorn sun/rising Virgo with a "maximize and multitask everything" attitude, I really appreciated Kelsey's calming and compassionate energy and how everything seemed to slow down during our coaching sessions. She has helped me transform from a capitalist/pro-work mindset and into a anti-work/rest is restorative mindset, for which I am forever grateful. —Amy F. DEI Manager

Throughout my time with Kelsey, I learned that I am enough which is not something I was expecting. This is something that I've been working with my therapist on. The practices Kelsey taught me, showed me how to embody this in my everyday life.  —Chelsea S., Senior Admission Advisor

The work we did together was like 10 years of therapy in a 3-month span. I'm in awe of what working with Kelsey has brought to my heart and soul. The language of my body was revealed in our sessions. I was able to tune in and sit with every part of me. Kelsey shared tools that are truly helpful and relevant. I am still unraveling depths and layers of understanding and integration because now I know how to tune-in and listen.  Evelyn, S-P, Intuitive Purpose Coach

From the time of our very first interaction over the phone, to our final session and beyond, Kelsey has been a warm and patient guide in this process. She is an experienced teacher and it's easy to tell that she is doing her own work right along side you. Her attention to detail, demonstrated knowledge, and compassionate spirit truly helped me to feel supported and understood. I can honestly say that
our 1:1 work together has helped me to "level up" as a parent, healer and human. — Carly T. licensed clinical social worker
